I’m still playing with the lotus theme.
I am so curious to see this watercolor on an actual canvas as an oil painting, but I need to wait until the weekend to buy a canvas and give it some love to make a reality.

But creating - that is my joy!

Until then, I have to practice some patience, which can be difficult when the fire burning inside is a-blazing. These are the moments I try to remind myself to enjoy “the fire inside” because that creative urge can sometimes be short lived as an idea looking to be tended to and can leave as quickly as a “new” or “better” idea comes around.

Now I understand why it’s is said art is never finished, but rather abandoned. You gotta strike when the inspiration happens, and pray it sticks around.

I feel like this also happens to me with my household chores sometimes 😂. I need a Doby, from Harry Potter - 🤓, in my life to put to work so I can create more. Anyone with me?
